  The staff at this store are incredibly patient and hardworking. One of the busiest telstra stores I've seen/been to - and they still treat every customer with respect and offer the best for your needs. i like that they take the time to go through your whole account and search for the most affordable deal to suit you, and don't rush you, especially when they are always so busy. They know how to make you feel respected.

  Terrible misinformation. Made an expensive trip to get here to be told that a phone wasnt available for me. 70 dollar trip no apology. Poor customer service and no offer to remedy the situation.

  I came in to this Telstra store the other day to purchase a sim card for a Telstra branded wireless modem and the sales person told me they do not sell that particular one in store so he couldn't help me.
