    Worst experience with a real estate ever. From lying about the state of a premises, sending text messages saying rent was due when I knew full well it wasn't to failing to mention someone else had moved in when I broke the lease and then failing to give the bond board my details so I then had to chase that up from interstate.

    Unsatisfied completely and utterly, if I could give no star I would and this is from a person who has rented for over 15yrs with no problems from any other real estate.

    avoid. they have charged numerous friends of mine and myself with bills that were never owed in the first place, wont assist in getting the bond back. possibly illegal practices due to issuing of non existent bills, won't respond to queries.
