  Poor customer service, unfinished apartments, less than ideal location. This hotel has so much potential, but unfortunately the management let's it down. The apartments are very spread apart, and depending on where your apartment is located, it can be quite difficult to get to. The checking in process, which should be smooth, took extremely long with our room only being available at 4pm. Amenities within the area are limited, however there are plenty of taxis to get you where you need to go. All-in-all, just a little disappointing.

  Highly recommended stay for Airlie Beach. Great spacious apartment and fantastic view. A bit it out of town but shuttle buses provided (or a $10 taxi)

  As a family of 5, holiday apartment rentals are our accommodation of choice and the Mirage is the nicest at which we've ever stayed. Very modern, comfortable and spacious apartment with some great unexpected features like a big selection of on-demand movies and a gorgeous view!

  So amazing place I has never seen before，room has a breathtaking ocean view and staff always friendly. We spent a good time here,everything was perfect!The sunset here is awesome! Pretty sure will come back again!
