  If you had not been the Only retailer to get a Truck load of Generators the night before the Cyclone my family and many others would not have been able to spin out towels, charge phones and many other basic things for 12 days till we got power again.

  I have always found the staff at Airlie Beach very helpful and do not walk by without asking if we need help. Excellent service by a lady called Abi is a real asset to this store. I ordered online and the lovely Abi rang me and told me the procedure. I placed my order and was told 7 - 10 days. On the 7th day Abi rang to say my order was not there, she had chased it up (unbelievable) and could be another 7 - 10 days. Another phone call from Abi to say my order was there. As I live about 30 kms from the store, I said it may be a few days before I get there, "no worries said the cheerful Abi, I live in your area and will drop it off to you this afternoon after work!" And that she did. WONDERFUL SERVICE, BUNNINGS, HANG ONTO THIS STAFF MEMBER, what a wonderful asset to have in a business. Thank you Abi, and lovely to meet you.. Lynne
