  They also gave me great advice on how to look after and clean the windows, shower screen etc which I thought was a nice extra compared to the experiences I had with other trades.

  Do not buy from this company. I spent nearly $9000 with them and they made a mistake with my order on one window. When I advised them they said they would have to check that the measurements were sent to them correctly. Unfortunately, due to my trustworthiness, I paid them... and still months later I have not had the window replaced or been advised what is happening.

  I will not not buy from them again and I would not recommend buying anything from them if you expect service after you pay for it.

  North Queensland Glass were so helpful when I renovated my house this year. They directed me on products for my windows and bathroom that will last longer in the tropical climate, withstand wear and tear from tenants and still have the queenslander style that I was looking for. They also convinced me to use darker more reflective glass in my windows which was a blessing as it made a made my house much cooler in summer and gave me more privacy being on a busy main street.
