  I just called this place and the man was UNBELIEVABLY ASININE. He cut me off AND hung up on me. The level of unprofessionalism is DISGUSTING. Don't call here for help or anything cause you'll get interrupted and hung up on. That is all.

  I found a pair of absolutely beautiful vintage styled pants in an op-shop with a unique cut and fabric. They were quite a few sizes too large so I went here to get the sides pulled in a bit. I specifically asked and pinned a loose size because my weight tends to fluctuate and I enjoy a relaxed fit. Not only was did it not turn out the size I specified, it is way too tight for even my petite size (I'm a 36). I should have known something was up when they didn't even measure me, they just asked me to pin it myself. I thought it was strange but I trusted the recommendations from others. I am so disappointed. I'm utterly heartbroken because these were a special love-at-first-site-I'll-wear-everyday-of-my-life kind of pants that I know I won't be able to find anywhere else. It would have been fine if the pants were fitted towards my size, but alas they were sewn at least 3x smaller than I wanted. I struggle to put them on and can not sit in them without it being unsightly. I'll have to magically find someone small enough to fit these beautiful pair of pants. I wish I asked for a refund but nothing could replace the pants :(
