  We enrolled our son here a few years ago and through a lack of communication on the centre's behalf, he was left in a sodden nappy the entire day. When I picked him up, the nappy was pungent & heavy with urine. The centre later apologised stating that 'his room was a non-nappy room & staff were unaware her was wearing one'. (Seriously?) Subsequently we were given a free day's credit. (Wow.) Despite the space and the general good upkeep of the facilities, we eventually changed centres mainly due to two things. The staff, though super friendly were fairly vacuous when it came to fielding questions about the child's day. Perfunctory responses such as the repetitive 'He's had a GREAT day!' fail to address any discernible genuine interest in the child. Something vaguely more articulate would be helpful! The main reason for leaving however was we felt the centre was more of a 'business' for the owner who, in our limited observations, was more in it for the money & not for any other endearing 'vocational' reason. We can only hope that these have been rectified since our son's time & trust that people will form their own opinions based on their own experiences.
